ENTRY CONDITIONS:

•Artist may submit a maximum of two (2) works.

 

•All mediums are accepted, i.e. oil, acrylic, or watercolour paintings, printmaking, photography, sculpture, drawing etc.

•Two dimensional works must be equal to or smaller than a total of 25” determined by the addition of the width and height ofthe work, i.e. 11” x 14”

•Three dimensional works must be equal to or smaller than a total of 25” determined by the addition of length, width and height (anexample being 11 x 14 inches this must include the framed finished size of the artwork).

•All works submitted must be ready for hanging or display. All framing and presentation must meet professional standards and be free from all signs of defects or wear.

•Artists are responsible for delivery and retrieval of all works submitted.

 

•All works must be submitted free of packaging materials (the Gallery will not store packaging)

•All works will be insured by the Vernon Public Art Gallery while on the premises.

•The exhibition closes December 19th and works will be available for pick-up in the new year, starting January 2rd, 2020

 

•As this exhibition is also a Gallery fundraiser, all artwork must be for sale, maximum sale price is $150.00

•The Gallery will be taking a 30% commission from the price of the artwork when it is sold.

•In submitting art work, artists give VPAG permission to use images of individual works for the promotion of the members’exhibition Exposed!, in print and website material, for distribution to gallery members and the general public.
